As an emergency room nurse, I have a front row seat of seeing how western medicine often fails to bring people into health . I started this business with a passion to keep people out of the ER and hospital through helping them to realize their full, health-span potential so that they can live not only longer, but better lives. My passion is how to optimize the mircobiome and epigenome. I love to share and teach what I learn about how to live longer and healthier by avoiding chronic illness.
